Processing time and delivery time are separate. The estimated delivery period begins after your order has been processed and dispatched.

01

Shipping Destinations

Harvento currently ships to:

Available delivery methods, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and the products included in the order.

If a destination is unavailable during checkout, we are currently unable to deliver the selected product to that location.

We may restrict or suspend shipping to certain destinations because of carrier limitations, legal restrictions, customs requirements, sanctions, safety concerns, or events beyond our reasonable control.

02

Order Processing Times

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS after payment has been successfully authorised.

Processing may include:

  • Payment verification.
  • Fraud-prevention checks.
  • Product preparation.
  • Packaging.
  • Shipping-label creation.
  • Transfer to the relevant carrier or fulfilment partner.

Business days normally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and non-working days observed by our fulfilment or carrier partners.

Orders placed after the daily processing cut-off, during weekends, or on public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

During product launches, promotional periods, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer than usual.

If a material processing delay affects your order, we may contact you using the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.

03

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched. They do not include processing time.

Delivery dates shown during checkout, on product pages, in order confirmations, or through tracking services are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery may take longer for remote locations, islands, military addresses, post-office boxes, or destinations requiring additional customs processing.

The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is:

Processing time + Transit time = Estimated total delivery time

04

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you submit payment.

Rates may be determined by:

  • The delivery country or region.
  • The products in your order.
  • The number or weight of the items.
  • The selected delivery service.
  • The value of the order.
  • Promotional or free-shipping offers.

Any free-shipping offer may be subject to a minimum order value, eligible destination, selected products, promotional period, or another condition displayed with the offer.

If an order falls below the free-shipping threshold after a cancellation, partial refund, or product removal, the applicable shipping charge may be deducted where legally permitted.

05

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation after your order has been dispatched.

The confirmation may include:

  • A tracking number.
  • A carrier or logistics provider.
  • A tracking link.
  • An estimated delivery period.
  • Instructions relating to delivery.

Tracking information may take 24–72 HOURS to become active after the shipping confirmation is issued.

A tracking number does not always mean that the parcel has already entered the carrier’s network. It may initially mean that a shipping label has been created and the parcel is awaiting collection or its first physical scan.

Track Your Order

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and responding to reasonable delivery instructions issued by the carrier.

06

Split Shipments

Products in the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately.

This may happen when:

  • Products are stored in different fulfilment locations.
  • One product becomes available before another.
  • Different products require different shipping methods.
  • A parcel exceeds carrier size or weight limitations.
  • Part of the order requires additional processing.

Separate parcels may arrive on different days and may each have their own tracking number.

You will not normally be charged additional shipping fees solely because we divide an order into multiple authorised shipments.

07

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, local handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customs authorities may request additional information from the recipient, including identification, proof of purchase, tax information, or payment of import charges.

Harvento does not control customs inspections, local import rules, or the amount of charges imposed by government authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can lawfully be imported into their destination.

A delay caused by customs does not automatically mean that the parcel is lost.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable import charges and the parcel is returned, any refund may be reduced by original shipping, return shipping, customs, or handling costs where legally permitted.

08

Delivery Addresses and Order Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Before placing an order, please verify:

  • Full recipient name.
  • House or building number.
  • Street name.
  • Apartment, unit, or floor number.
  • City or town.
  • County, region, or state where required.
  • Postal or ZIP code.
  • Country.
  • Telephone number and email address.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment, label creation, dispatch, or transfer to the carrier has begun.

For security reasons, the carrier may be unable to redirect a parcel after dispatch.

Harvento is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer, except where we confirmed that a correction had been applied before dispatch.

09

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

Possible causes include:

  • High order volumes.
  • Carrier network disruption.
  • Customs processing.
  • Public holidays.
  • Severe weather.
  • Transportation disruption.
  • Remote delivery areas.
  • Incorrect delivery information.
  • Security checks.
  • Industrial action.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Temporary gaps in tracking updates do not necessarily mean that a parcel has stopped moving. Some carriers do not scan parcels at every stage of the journey.

Please allow the full estimated delivery period before contacting us about a delayed order..

Where a significant delay occurs, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

10

Lost or Missing Packages

A parcel may be considered potentially lost where it has not arrived after the complete estimated delivery period and there have been no meaningful tracking updates for an extended period.

Before contacting us, please:

  1. Review the complete tracking history.
  2. Confirm that the delivery address is correct.
  3. Check with household members or reception staff.
  4. Check safe places around the property.
  5. Check with nearby neighbours where appropriate.
  6. Contact the carrier or local delivery office where possible.

If the package still cannot be located, contact Harvento with your order number and tracking number.

We may open an investigation with the carrier, fulfilment partner, supplier, or logistics provider.

Investigations may take 10 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, refund, store credit, or another legally appropriate solution.

11

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that the parcel was delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Confirm that the delivery address is correct.
  2. Check the entrance, porch, garden, garage, or safe location.
  3. Ask other household members.
  4. Check with reception, concierge, or building management.
  5. Ask nearby neighbours.
  6. Allow up to 24 hours, as some parcels are scanned early.
  7. Contact the carrier for proof or details of delivery.

If the parcel remains missing, contact us within 3–7 DAYS of the recorded delivery date.

We may request a declaration of non-receipt, confirmation of the address, identification, carrier correspondence, or another reasonable form of evidence.

Claims submitted significantly after the recorded delivery date may be more difficult to investigate.

12

Failed Delivery and Returned-to-Sender Parcels

A parcel may be returned to the sender because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts.
  • Failure to collect the parcel.
  • Refusal of delivery.
  • Failure to pay applicable import charges.
  • Carrier access restrictions.
  • An unclaimed parcel.

If a parcel is returned, contact us so that we can review the available options.

Depending on the cause, destination, and condition of the parcel, we may offer:

  • Reshipment after payment of additional delivery charges.
  • A refund after the parcel has been received and inspected.
  • A partial refund after permitted costs have been deducted.

Original shipping, return-to-sender, customs, handling, and reshipping costs may be deducted where legally permitted and where the failed delivery was not caused by Harvento.

Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a full refund.

13

Damaged Parcels or Products

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

If the parcel or product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 HOURS.

Include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the complete product.
  • Photographs of the damaged area.
  • Photographs of the outer packaging.
  • Photographs of the shipping label.
  • A video where necessary to demonstrate the defect.

Please keep the product, original packaging, shipping materials, and label until the claim has been resolved.

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another appropriate solution under our Return and Refund Policy.

14

PO Boxes, Military Addresses and Remote Areas

Some carriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, military addresses, offshore territories, or certain remote locations.

Additional delivery time or shipping charges may apply to remote or difficult-to-access destinations.

15

Carriers and Delivery Partners

Harvento may use different postal services, couriers, fulfilment centres, suppliers, or last-mile delivery partners depending on the destination and product.

We may select or change the carrier without prior notice where the selected service offers a similar delivery standard.

The carrier’s own delivery terms may apply to access, safe-place delivery, collection points, signatures, redelivery, and proof of delivery.

16

Delivery Responsibility

Responsibility for the goods transfers in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to transfer legal responsibility to the customer earlier than permitted or to remove mandatory rights relating to lost, delayed, damaged, or undelivered goods.

Customers should nevertheless take reasonable steps to:

  • Provide an accurate delivery address.
  • Monitor tracking updates.
  • Respond to carrier instructions.
  • Collect parcels within the stated collection period.
  • Contact us promptly when a delivery issue occurs.

17

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Shipping and delivery may be affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters.
  • War, civil unrest, or terrorism.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Customs or border disruption.
  • Carrier, postal, port, or airport disruption.
  • Industrial action.
  • Public-health emergencies.
  • Internet, platform, or logistics-system failures.
  • Transport shortages or supply-chain disruption.

Where an event causes a delay, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its effect and provide an appropriate update or remedy where required.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18

Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

We begin processing orders shortly after payment and cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfilment or shipment has begun.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may need to wait for delivery and submit a return request in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

This section does not limit any statutory cancellation rights that apply to online purchases.
